“Services” means cutting, processing, shot blasting, or any other value-added services provided by us.
By placing an order with us or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of stock.
No order shall be binding until confirmed by us.
All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms.
We reserve the right to require payment in advance.
Credit accounts are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time.
Late payments may be charged interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk in goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.
All cutting and processing is carried out to customer-supplied specifications.
Minor tolerances may apply.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Customer.
Custom-cut or processed materials are non-returnable.
Returns must be agreed in writing.
Stock items may be subject to a restocking charge.
Custom or bespoke goods cannot be returned.
Goods shall be supplied in accordance with relevant British or European Standards where applicable.
Certificates of conformity may be supplied upon request.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
